CORRADINO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT COURTNEY DRUMMOND APPOINTED TO FLORIDA'S STATE EMERGENCY RESPONSE COMMISSION




The Corradino Group is proud to announce the appointment of Courtney Drummond, Senior Vice President of Engineering, to Florida's State Emergency Response Commission. His appointment, effective August 16, 2024, was made by Governor Ron DeSantis. With over 31 years of distinguished experience in both the private and public sectors, Courtney Drummond brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Commission. His career spans 18 years with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), where he held numerous key positions including Assistant Secretary for Engineering and Operations, Chief Engineer, Director of Transportation Operations in District 4, and Palm Beach Operations Engineer. In these roles, he oversaw a budget exceeding $4 billion, demonstrating exceptional leadership in managing complex and challenging issues. He is currently serving as Program Manager for Florida's first Phase Design-Build project, Tampa Westshore, a groundbreaking $1B+ initiative that reflects his commitment to advancing the state's infrastructure. His new role on the State Emergency Response Commission will further allow him to utilize his skills to ensure the safety and well-being of Florida's residents.
