Project Description

The Village of Palmetto Bay is a vibrant community in South Florida situated along the Biscayne Bay shoreline. Incorporated in 2002 the village has experienced rapid and coordinated growth having quickly created a distinct community identity through planning and urban design projects.

Corradino was selected for the General Services contract for Urban Planning with the Village of Palmetto Bay. This contract continues the long-standing relationship with Corradino and the Village for urban planning services since the Village’s inception in 2002. This 3-year contract includes development reviews, transportation master planning, land development code writing, comprehensive planning, urban design, traffic calming and public engagement.
